Róca was created by me, Róisín Leacy — a beauty entrepreneur, salon owner, and educator with a deep-rooted passion for the beauty industry. I am the founder of Gorey Institute of Beauty and owner of Eikon Beauty, with three salon locations across Gorey, Shankill, and Wexford Town. My journey in beauty has been built from the treatment room up — working hands-on with clients, training students, and growing multiple successful businesses in the industry.

Over the years, my work has been recognised with numerous awards for both my academy and salons, including being honoured with Established Businesswoman of the Year 2023. These achievements reflect not just success, but years of dedication, resilience, and a commitment to raising standards in professional beauty.

Róca has been three years in the making. What began as a vision turned into countless late nights, product testing, supplier meetings, redesigns, setbacks, breakthroughs, and moments of “almost there.” I didn’t want to create just another beauty brand — I wanted to build something professionals could genuinely rely on. Tools that feel luxurious in your hand, perform beautifully on the skin, and stand up to real salon life.

I obsess over the details — balance, softness, durability, and performance — because I know what it’s like to work long days with tools that don’t quite deliver.
